Weekly coaching calls are held with the client at the agreed upon time. The calls are kept totally confidential between the client and the coach. Proven project management techniques are used to create a customized plan and manage the process to achieve the desired results. The following services are provided:
Initial Planning

- Assess your goals, passions, and marketable skills
- Create a customized search and transition plan, identifying key activities, and milestones necessary to achieve your goals
- Identify existing issues, and risks that could potentially occur during the process
- Provide the latest tools, strategies and techniques for quick results
- Your coach will work with you on a weekly basis as your accountability partner, so that you stay on your desired course, and achieve your goals
- Ask you to do more than you may have done on your own
- Provide the support and structure to accomplish more
During the Weekly Coaching Call
- Use the customized plan, and review weekly activities needed to achieve maximum results
- To stay on target with the overall plan, we will track and monitor progress of activities and milestones.
- Track existing, and new issues that occurred during the week, and determine best approach to address them.
- Keep you focused so that you produce the desired results more quickly
- Ask you to do more than you may have done on your own
