After 25 years in the corporate arena, Pamela Bradford founded, "Within Your Reach Consulting, LLC." Ms. Bradford has worked for Fortune 500 companies, providing project management and implementation consulting, training and development, coaching and sales consulting. She has delivered training for hundreds of clients around the world on a variety of applications and business process improvement solutions, including PeopleSoft, Siebel and Salesforce.com. She has worked for cutting edge organizations and software vendors including Siebel, Kraft Foods, PeopleSoft and Bank of America.

Over the years, Ms. Bradford has received awards and praises from customers regarding her ability to take business processes, and challenging technology topics, and make them easy to understand. She has continuously received praise for her coaching and ability to effectively train individuals with varying skills and experience.

Ms. Bradford has also been coaching for more than 10 years, helping individuals and small groups achieve their goals and dreams using a unique, streamlined approach. Through mentoring and coaching she helped grow a Fortune 500 training organization from six to 66 instructors over a two year period. Ms. Bradford also has been a speaker and presenter at trade shows and major events throughout the U.S. including venues such as McCormick Place in Chicago, Moscone Center in California, and Orlando World Center in Florida. She has also taught seminars at local Chicago organizations including Kellogg School of Business and Living Word Christian Center. She holds degrees in computer science from DePaul University.

Additionally, she has more than five years of project management experience and has worked in a project management office (PMO), where she effectively managed mission critical information technology projects and programs, on time and within budget for multi-billion dollar organizations.
